We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individuals seeking remote customer service work.  Part time and Full time availability. 

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for assisting customers with setting appointments, inquiries, complaints, and general support. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting appointments, handling customer inquiries    
  • Resolve customer issues to the best of your ability, or escalate them to a supervisor or manager if necessary    
  • Up-sell or promote company products or services to customers, as appropriate    
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions    
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new customers, including providing them with information about  products and services    
  • Work with other team members to ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and effectively    
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, as well as any relevant industry information    
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new products and policies

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of Customer Service Experience.
  • Strong command of English Language.  Bi-lingual a plus
  • Modern PC/Mac computer (no tablets)
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Zoom, email
  • USB headset with noise cancelling and web cam
  • 100 Mbps internet speed (screenshot of speed test will be required)
  • Quiet working environment
  • Positive attitude!
